Hibernation Problems

I have been having something wierd happening with my Win XP Pro lately. In the past couple days, every few hours (even though I have put the computer into hibernation) it would start up on its own and resume from hibernation and then about 2 minutes after that it would go back into hibernation. What would be causing something like this? Any ideas? Thanks!

Do you have any features like Wake on LAN or Wake on Ring enabled? If you do if the phoneline the modem is on rings, or someone tries to access your computer via LAN, it will boot back up automatically to recieve the data

My computer does have wake on lan, but I do not have it connected to my system board and I also do not have a network cable plugged in. Also, even though my modem is plugged in to the phone line, it still happens even if the phone doesnt ring. This is wierd because it has only started happening (at least that I know about) a couple of days ago. Any ideas?
