Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dnscache\Parameters]
"CacheHashTableBucketSize"=dword:00000001
"CacheHashTableSize"=dword:00000180
"MaxCacheEntryTtlLimit"=dword:0000fa00

I found/used the same reg key for my dsl but I noticed no difference in speed either way.

For future reference, rather than backing up the entire registry (or not) when making changes, just export the key(s) you are replacing, then if something goes wrong just merge them back in....this method has saved my arse many-a-time. If you are unsure of where the reg file will be making changes, just right click and "edit," it will show you exactly where it is going.
