Help!!!!!

so i am getting a BSOD error c000021a and 0x00000008

i tried the restore option posted above with no luck. i am not able to boot into anything but a CD. does anyone know how to access a restore point from dos in XP?!?!?!

time to be more exact, i got this error

STOP: C000021A {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000080 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shutdown.

This message appears every time we try to reboot. Selecting the last known good configuration doesn't help. Boot fails.

Did you already try a repair install? (Second repair option when booting from cd, see: http://www.webtree.ca/windowsxp/repair_xp.htm)
