dont know what all this junk is running and is it all important think this is the culprit in boot up, need to know what i can remove

a good website that explains those services is here it says it for Windows 2000, but it applies to XP also.

I Know all those services listed in your pic, however, there is one, that concerns me, SC-KL.exe, I have never heard of this one before, or seen it. hmmmm

another site you might try is blkviper's site. he has configs for both Home and Pro, as well as explanations. I highly recommend it.
