how do you get that little mp3 player deal down by the start bar, i d/led this powertoys shplay thingy and installed it... but i dont know how to access it, if you could tell me how to do either, well id be eternally grateful

plus it'll also install itself into the quick launch bar

I agree, definately the best MP3 program. Easily used, no tricky layout or such.

If you want to edit stuff in you start menu, right click on the task bar - > properties... There are some options there you might find useful.
