Help with Stripping Subtitles.

Does anyone know how to take subtitles out of a dvd so they can be placed hardcoded into a .mov

Basically i have a dvd from one of our suppliers and we are putting the movies up on our website, but the movies are in dutch with english subtitles. i'm able to convert th vob files into mov files but i need to be able to use the english subs for the mov files as well.

any help is appreciated.
