help with HELP

I cannot run "help and support" in win XP. In helpctr.log I've got this message:

besides system information doesn't run too
anybody knows what's goin' on?

have you turned off any services?

Yeah, some of course (e.g. TweakXP) but after that was OK. One guy had the same problem and only system reinstalling help. In my case it's impossible, so probably I have to learn how to live without it ((
