Help with font colour pls

In the attached...how do i change the Start>All Programs menu text colour? As you can see it doesn't really stand out much against the background.

Your theme skinning proggy should have some setting for changing the font color. Have ya looked there?

It's an XP theme...mss style or something. Cant seem to ID which part of the thing relates to the text colour in the start menu.
