It'll pretty much be all of them. Taken long enough for (near..) perfect CSS2 implimentation.

Dude they are still not even perfect on HTML 4 and thats been out for ****ing ever. You can never expect Microsoft to implement a standard the way it should be. Not even their own sometimes work the way they say they will.

I know Microsoft never will.. they just don't like standards though.

Still all the other browsers aren't perfect though 😉

Possibly cause HTML4 is so weird and woolie, which is why XHTML was drawn up
