i am using XP Home and i was playing a game and my comp shut down and tried to restart. it has now been caught in a restart cycle. i cannot start in safe mode nor can i boot with the cdrom, when i try using the XP disc i get an error saying my bios is not fully acpi compliant. it tells me how to turn off storage drivers but doesn't work when i try. my motherboard is an AOpen AK73 Pro A.

i did get it on once and tried a system restore but ever since that point i can't get it to go past the XP loading screen. it just loops back into a restart.

please help me!

my floppy drive is dead. i am willing to do a format but i don't know how to get there.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
