Sazar is right, that's a Socket A board. Which takes the
Athlon/AthlonXP/AthlonXP Mobile chips. Your max processor in that board is the Athlon XP 3200. BUT by the looks of things, your highest FSB is 333mhz depending on the revision board that you have.
I would suggest spending the money on getting at least a cheap Socket 754 motherboard to move up in power and features.
