Help... TASKS Related.

Hi!!!!!!!, my question is..

When i open up task manager and look to identify which programs are running, i see the usual programs i use and also some weird names of things running under my log on name.

maybe they come from other programs or i dont know, i would like to know if there is a program, or a way at all!... to stop these from running on start up.. i want the least junk running as possible.

any ideas appreciate it.

type MSconfig in thr un command.
don't touch explorer.exe

the others can be found in services under admistrative tools.
beware that touching them can lead your OS to hell.

You can try to identify your startupapplications and processes using the information on this site:
http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_pages/startup_full.htm
Don't stop any processes in taskmanager you don't know, they may be essential.
