Help Putting Connectors On Cat 5 Cable

Hi...
I have a question. I bought some CAT-5 cable to route through my office for a basic file-sharing network with 3 computers and a Hub. The cable I bought has no connectors on the ends of it so I bought some plastic connectors and a crimping tool.

Here is the question.... How do I know the order of the colors of the wires inside the connectors? Does the order matter? Someone please help.
