help please

im installing to 80mm fans on the side panel of my case
having trouble cutting it with what im using...lol
anyone have any advice on wha i should use to cut the side panel?...

lol i was cutting with some kind of cutter i found in the basement like pliers cept with blades on the end...startin to think its for gardening...lol buh yea i made a hole in the center with a drilll n started cutting outwards...with the cutter.....buh thas doing a reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy crappy job...
