i downloaded the patch and everything, and followed the directions provided by tweakxp, but i cant rename uxtheme.dll to uxtheme.bak because it already exists. does anyone know what else i could do?

Welcome stacyrd27. I have never renamed the file. I just run the patch & away it goes.
