HELP! on Task Manager

[Skid]

anyone would help me specially to mods...

i used to have a lot of windows when i activate my task manager (like cpu monitoring, task running, services, etc.) and there was an opition on shutdown-restart-hibernate-etc., why is it now that i only have I window, and there is no title and the only option is disable a service.
does anybody know why and how can i get it back to the default.
thanks!
