HELP OE6 -program not responding

Im running XP pro and am getting a program not responding error when i open OE6
how do I reinstall this so far ive used system restore
uninstalled + Reinstalled IE6 from add remove programs
and sfc/scannow all with no effect

Uninstall OE, reboot, than go to Windows Update, choose to download IE with OE, choose full instalation or in custom instal do not forget to check help files. Download, instal.

how do I uninstall OE6?
the only option in add remove is IE6

Hmm very strange I created a new user and oe6 works from there whats going on?

I think this was a problem with a corrupted e mail or something of that kind after repeatedly loading and shutting down of oe6 seemed to progress a little further each time mails were appearing but the oe6 still came up not responding then on the next load of oe6 evry thing is working properly again ???
