How do i logg in as administrator in windows xp pro thx

At the logon screen, press Ctrl+Alt+Del, the "old style" win2k logon appears. There you can type the Administrator and the password.

where you choose your picture and logg in???

You don't choose a picture for this, when you press Ctrl+Alt+Del at the login screen, it will bring up the old win2k style login where you can actually type the username/password. You might have to press those keys a couple times until the other login shows up.

Also TweakUI has an option to display admin login on the xp sytle login
