help, my computer is protecting all my appz from non-authorized applications

I think this problem happened to me last week...

When I open an application it asks me the following :

"Which user do you want to use to execute this application ?"

my user is checked and also checked is : "protect my computer and my data from non-authorized applications"

and below is written : "This option may prevent viruses from infecting your computer or your personal data, but it may also prevent this application from working properly if chosen"

If anybody could help me, I would greatly appreciate it,

Seems you have somehow set "run as" as default action for applications instead of "open".
