HELP me reinstall WinXP

Ok, I want to do a fresh install of WinXP Pro, and it is giving me headaches. I want to wipe the disk clean before installing it, so I can get back to a clean slate, install my standard apps, and image my drive so this is easier in the future.

I choose Clean install, but I am never able to figure out how to wipe C: clean before I install.

Please help, I am clueless on this, thanks!!

You could boot off the Windows XP cd. It has formatting utilities built-in.

After booting with XP Cd, when your C Drive is highlited, choose delete partition,choose "L" afterwards if prompted,
Create partition,then format via Fat 32, Fat 32 quick,or NTFS, NTFS quick.
Suggest the latter
