Help Me Plz!

Everytime i try to burn something, after about 1 - 2 min of burning , the screen goes black or blue and then tells me that there is a prob and that it is dumping physical memory, someone plz help me, i have XP pro


I GET THIS BLUE SCREEN saying" Stop , and a bunch of numbers" then it says dumping Physical Memeory and Crap, That Only Happens When I Try to burn something, everything else works fine, just the stupid burner.

this is my 3rd time posting this, someone please help me

We need the "Stop: 0x...." part of the bsod. That will give us the best clue to the problem. Also, if there's a file/program name specifically, give us the name of that too.

My Two Cents

Stop errors are generally caused by incorrectly configured hardware.

My suggestions:

Flash you burner's firmware to the latest version (check your burner's website for this).

Make sure you have the latest updates for windows XP. Especially the fix for cd burners.

Make sure you don't have an incorrectly cracked version of cdrwin or whatever you're using to burn.

Cdrwin is made by a vengeful author that like to destroy your disks for you when you get caught cracking it.
