Help and support center does not recognize internet connection

Hello,

When doing a search in the help and support center, i get 0 results from the knowledge base every time.

I am not sure if this is their server or my computer.

Also windows update sometimes says that there are 0 updates available and other times it offers them.

Also where it says "did u know" on the help center home page it says last upadate Jan 20th.

Is anyone else having these help center problems??
