how can i speed up my computer cause when u empty the internet tmp folder it's ok but it was faster any idea's

Get rid of unnecessary startup programs. Get rid of temp files. Try defragging.

where am the temp folder's cause i can empty the internet 1 but i think's thier's more cause when i unzip stuff there's tmp folders then to extract stuff to and that

C:\documents & settings. Check each of those for the local settings folder. There is more than one.
C:\windows\temp

Probably would not hurt to clean out the registry also. Back it up first just in case.
