yes - I see it - I hover my mouse - but no bubble pops up 😕 - sounds like it's just me (there's a setting somewhere I am sure, but I didn't knowingly change it!)

Shouldn't think of it as good or bad.
I think nothing of it since it was removed the first time. You can say that it's a way of measuring how helpful people think you have been when you reply their posts.

lol.. I got got abused the first time it reps points got introduced...
had 12 points from the reintroduction, then suddenly it shot up to 19 recently... not including any (if any) received from today.
