does anyone know how to retreve files from a harddisk that crached and lost all volumes (2) and is seen as unallocated befor it contained 15 gig of files

You could try this little program.

It's a trial so you can only recover 10k but the full version is unlimited.

Or just go to Google and search it. There's probably several million pages on HDD Recovery.
