Hard Drive mounting help. . .

Hey guys- will a hard drive mount in a standard 3.5" bay? I want to add a new drive to my system but don't have any hard drive dedicated bays remaining.

It should, as long as there's not like ram sticks or something real close to the back of it... had that problem once.
