Hacker Activity?

Just recently I've noticed wiered things happen like while I'm playing a game I'm forced to the desktop and a small text box appears with 2 border lines in maybe green if I remember correctly. It is then maximized and I'm forced to see someone with the handle Virus420 greet me with "Hey there" I ignore him and bring up the task manager and start closing processes then I see msiexec16.exe and end the process and the hackers chat box disappeared and just a few seconds ago I was browsing the net and all the sudden porn sites popped up one after another, and I checked to see if msiexec16.exe was running it was now all activity of my browser and my task manager being closed down and reapearing oddly has all stopped, since I've ended the msiexec16 process.

I cannot install Norton SystemWorks 2004 it will not install AntiVirus at all and I cannot get my computer to recognize my bootable Windows disc so I have no clue how I'm supposed to reformat and get AntiVirus installed asap!

1) Make sure Windows Messenger Service is disabled (not MSN Messenger)
2) Run Spybot and Adaware
3) If necessary, run CWS Shredder
4) Try to install NAV
5) If that does not work, head over to www.grisoft.com and get the AVG free edition.
