GTA "rumble"

i keep on roaming around the city but i cant find a way to the place where the them nines are waiting for rumble..where is it located?what island?

mm...its a secondary mission..the one in the shoreside vale..where you get the mission from a phone

Rumble... that sounds familiar, is that the mission where you can only use baseball bats? If it is, the "target area" is on Shoreside Vale, somewhere near the lower regions of the Vale. All I remember about the place is that there is a lot of picnic tables, and water...
