I've been using the power menu since you guys recomended it, and it is very handy!!!

check out winbar (winbar.nl I believe).
It's a great little freeware taskbar that takes up minimal space; I feel naked without it now.

But I need to use it everyday and my os was windows xp home edition.So either hide or set a password seems not a good idea for me.

I'm not sure about the tweak program though, the window shows some "tweaks" that are counter productive, or do nothing...I don't trust any program that claims a benefit from "dissable paging executive" or "faster shutdown" or io_pagelock, etc
