I know this is definately the most nerdy thread on the forum but...
I was wondering what i should get for a graphing calculator...
I lost or broke 4 of them (TI-84 silver, Ti-83 Plus, HP 39G, HP 39G) in the last year...
I was thinking of the TI-89 platinum edition... What do you think?

I never liked the reverse polish notation, but for some people...
I have a ti-86 that is pretty old now, but still works. The ti-92 is just to big

I still have a TI-85 left over from my school days :D

takes me back

I haven't been keeping up with graphing calculators since I left high school, but the TI-89 was pretty much the best one available when I was there. One big advantage it had over the TI-83+ is that it could do symbolic integration and derivatives. The 83+ (and the 86 too, I believe) could only do numerical.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
