Graphics help

I'm not very good at graphics, but I want to take an image of my face and reduce it to a wireframe (for an avatar) but have no real idea how to go about it. I've got Photoshop 7, Fireworks MX and PSP7, is there going to be a semi easy way to do it at all?

I think Photoshop ther is something in the filter and 3d rendering options but dont quote me on it... I will look when I get home.
