Grammatical Error?

Not to be picky but shouldn't "For People That Use Operating Systems" be "For People Who Use Operating Systems" on the Portal Title? BTW, I think it is a very clever title.

I need to change the title actually, as some search engines might still base their search results on titles...!!!

tho it was the first thing I could think of when people moaned it had the word windows in it. A dirty word in mac circles - so much so that they all live in dark rooms, or with little artificial light.
