got a new hd need to clone old one

well the topic says it all just got an 80 giger and i want to copy my whole os to the new one need a good clone hd proggy looking for a free type of copy (not pirated) cuz i really dont wanna install a new os get it the way i want blah blah blah

Powerquest DriveImage or Norton Ghost will do it for you, but they aren't free.

I personally use Powerquest's DriveImage 2002. I've imaged my hard disk and restored it several times, and it hasn't ever caused any problems.

BTW, Powerquest is the company that makes Partition Magic, which I think is one of the best apps I ever bought

might give DrvImagerXP 1.3 a try, not sure how good it works though, but it's free
