Good program to monitor ALL in/out connections?

Hi,

I need a good program that can list all active internet connection, on all ports.

For example it would list all the instances of IE with the IP of the sites they are going to., Same with all active FTP connections, etc...

I thought one came with Windows XP Pro but I can't find anything but netstat -a, which only lists TCP and UDP connections for the network itself, not the internet connection or at least, not how I want to see it.

Would anybody know a software that can do that?

Pop along to: http://www.ntutility.com/freeware.html and have a butchers at 'Active Ports', this might be the baby for you.
