Good program file mover?

Hi again!

Previously when I wanted to move programs from one hard drive to another. I would use DriveMapper from Powerquest that came with Partionmagic.

Well PartionMagic has been getting to many upgrades which cost an arm and a leg and I think I need to latest one to work with Windows XP.

Does anyone know of a free program that would do the same thing? Or of a program that is fairly inexpensive?
