My opinion is, that they are both reliable. But, for use at home, Drive Image is the better choice. It's got enough functions for your basic (disaster) needs. And it's very easy to use. But you can't use it over a network.
So, for the more heavy duty stuff (installing an image on 500 pc's!), i would recommend Ghost.
I have bought nearly all the versions of Drive Image and really like them. Simple to run. I just bought the NEW "Drive Image 2002" which can now do disk to disk copying/cloning within Windows. Take a look at this new program!
Hell, I tried using drive image 5.0 to do a disk to disk copy for new drive. When finished, program said that it had hidden old drive partitions and made new drive partitions active, but upon reboot no drives recognized, period. Went through hell and ended up doing a clean install of xp, losing all of my good stuff developed over months of use, etc.
Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
