Getting graphics into the signature?

I seem to be having problems loading a simple jpg pic into my signature.

I'm using the vB image commands but I keep getting a little

instead of the pic.

I'm typing in the local address to the command but... I don't know why it's not working as it worked for the Avatar.

Can anyone help?

what are the size limits though?

don't think there is a limit on individual images

as long as the total doesn't exceed 3meg

Actually i meant with the size of the signature - if your're on the word association thread you'll see my sig varying between text and a pic!!

But making progress though!!
