The authour is a tool. MS doesn't really make hardware, they make software. When did touchscreens really come out that were multitouch capable and rally durable, answer, they haven't. The virtual keyboard is probably in research and/or development stage already, but 2020 computing will unlikely be anything like that shown unless Intel can miniturise all their hardware to the size of a pen before 2016.
