Im starting a FTP Server.
What the BEST program to do this?

for running a server I always liked Serv-U

Bulletproof has more feature than you can shake a stick at... That's what I use... There's an older program called Vermillion thats good too...

can bulletproof be used tho as an FTP SERVER? Cuteftp is only an FTP Client isnt it?

Ive played around with Serv-U which seems very user friendly. However, I was unable to run it on my pc because I am connected to a network with a generic IP 192.168. so on and so on..

i use simply cool ftp 1.0. not sure if it can be used on the server end, but it's free and worth checking out.
