FTP for Corporate windows update

Anyone know if there is a mirror or FTP for MS Windows Update? I can't get the activeX control to download over my network...

still no entry...

I can't get in to anything that requires flash, as well as some that require activeX downloads. something to do with the configuration of the network that I am on. I don't have the privledges to change it so that I can, so I am looking for another point of entry....

Didn't see anything for XP on MS's FTP site.
