FTP app to filter file extentions

hello,

i am using FileZilla right now and i like it alot. exept i need file extnetion filtering. for example it uploads all these dang Desktop.ini files. i alwo would like to filter things such as .ai .psd, .fla etc, etc. any suggestions. much thanks!

for servers, i use serv-u ftp 4.0

for clients, i use ftp commander
