This iPod has normal scuffs on back metal, but NO scratches or scuffs on main screen! I take great care of my items and have used two different cases for my ipod. The Incase case slips over the ipod providing a slim and sturdy cover for the iPod. The second case is a DLO rubber/silicone case, also provided are new Apple headphones i bought last week and used once ( i use Sony cans 99% of the time). I have the original box with the dock peice, USB cable and manual! The ipod has the most current 2.1 software too!
