Fruityloops 4.5 error message

I installed the 4.5 demo of fruity loops, and as soon as the install is done it says "Fl has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL. Fl will now close." i click close and the message pops up again, so it pops up twice. The 4.5 shortcut is on my desktop, i open that and it does the message twice again before i even get into 4.5. im using windows mellenium edition... help!

Have you tried a re-install of FLP, and do you have all the latest drivers etc?

yeah me. sucks. i re-install fl a couple times, does the same thing, which drivers though?

yeah, everythings up to date, i dunno wuts wrong : \ (Kernell32.dll?)
