From Brookdale to Prescott- Worth upgrading?

I won't be upgrading my CPU nor will i be getting more memory sticks. I'm just getting a mobo. I have a 82845MP Brookdale, and I'm looking at the 655FX at the moment. So what kind of performance boost will i get from upgrading to that?
 
A few percent if any. Performance is in the CPU and Video.
