Frequency of use...Applications (Add/Remove Programs)

I've noticed the frequency of use feature in add/remove programs is not updated. Programs I use daily are listed as rarely used and many of the dates listed are the dates they were installed. Why isn't XP keeping these updated? Is it because I am not using NTFS?

Tht could be the reason, one of the main features of NTFS is to update a files last date and acess time, so unless they added that support to fat32 thats most likely the reason it isn't working, but i'm not 100% sure
