Free Hotkey program

Anyone know of a freeware hotkey program? I want to make my various function keys play several sound files.

I got from a computer mag free hot keyboard, it's cool.

http://www.hot-keyboard.com/ is where their site is, maybe a search and you might see if they are offering an older version for free.
