Epic have released 3 extra maps for Unreal Tournament 3, including a new version of the classic Facing Worlds (one of my absolute faves from UT).

Will this .exe file install the maps correctly for the Steam version?

Yes, you just need to point to the UT2004 directory, which by default is:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\unreal tournament 2004

or if you're running x64:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\unreal tournament 2004
