Hello, looks like a good site! My previous PC had Win '98 OS, and I used FrontPage 98 to create a website. I've now got a new PC, running on XP and need to know whether a) I can still use FP98, or is it all a ploy by Mr Gates to make us buy new *everything* including s/w when we change our OS's, and b) if I CAN still use FP98, please can someone tell me what updates I will need and where to get 'em from?

Thanks a lot in hope,

Experts use a text editor ... I/We wouldn't know that though.

AhAAA!!! See, it made u bally-well take note though,

didn't it!

XP doesn't like '98. I've ordered 2002, couldn't wait any longer for expert advice....not expensive anyway.

I'll remember you all in my will...

Frontpage 2002 is a fun html editor.. easy and powerful. It is a little dirty how it write the html code but very very easy to master. Plenty of advanced features... one drawback is the need for a server that uses Frontpage Extensions.

There are plenty of alternatives, Hot Dog, Dreamweaver... but I also use notepad!

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
