Fout in Internet Explorer

Hello everybody,
Whene i surf in internet, i receive sometimes this fout:
< Aruntime error has occurred.Do you want to dubug?line 119.error:Access is denied >
What does it means?What must i do for not having this again?.
I am using win xp pro.Internet explorer 6.

looks like you have script debugging on. Basicaly there are errors in peoples web pages and your browser is telling you about them.
To turn them of (recommended) go to
tools -> internet options
and on the advanced tab check the box called "disable script debugging"
